The Customers (three channel video installation, 2016) is project is based on a job I had as a customer service representative. The company I worked for would interact with it’s employees in digital forms only, and all the work would be done from home on a daily basis. The company specializes in social media marketing on online platforms and its workers would run and operate business pages for both Israeli and International brands, fashion houses, cosmetic companies, boutiques, and lingerie labels. My position involved responding to comments, posts published on the page’s wall, and private messages in the name of the brands. The questions received varied from pricing inquiries and special requests to slander, complaints etc.

Throughout the course of my job I collected screenshots from my day to day routine, which mostly included correspondences and visuals I received (images of damaged products for example), the collection constantly accumulated and eventually served as raw material for this installation.
